Interior wishlist

I've been thinking about buying stuff for the flat I'm going to be moving into for my second year at university, but after setting a date to move and sorting out the boring ins and outs like internet, it finally feels like it's going to happen. I'm so excited to actually have my own place, my own little kitchen and living room, obviously its not totally my own, I'm living with three other people, but I'm still going to add all my pretty little things! Clearly some of this stuff is a bit out of my price range, but I'll definitely being making an IKEA trip and searching all the charity shops (and maybe pop in to John Lewis if I'm feeling naughty, I love the teapot and teacup). Does anyone else look forward to decorating their own flat or has been lucky enough to have done it already?

  7. Oooh this is such a lovely combination of things, your taste is very like mine! I even think I need that teapot and cup, literally the sweetest thing I've ever seen! I'm going in to my final year at uni so will be soon decorating my room, going to make it the nicest little haven away from all the stress! Great taste, I hope you acquire some of these items for your flat! : )

  8. How cute! I love all these, I've still got another year before I'm moving out so I might start saving now for some really nice stuff like this! But I'll be moving into uni halls so it won't really be like my place, which I'm desperate to have because at home my mum has control of decorating everyone's rooms to a crazy extent (she once got angry at me for putting a poster up, in my own room she's utterly nuts)

    1. Believe it or not, my mum is exactly the same, she even calls my room at home 'the guest room', and goes crazy about if I want to nail a picture up! She's the most laidback person apart from when it comes to her house. But I still loved decorating my uni halls room last year, I just found loads of ways to cover the grimey furniture, and it was quite cosy in the end, just look it charity shops and markets, that's where I found all my stuff!
