Summer lovin'

1&2 - Homemade lemonade with blackcurrant liqueur - 3 - Reading 'A Passage To India' in the sunshine - 4 - Trying to tan my legs - 5 - My cat Pickle in his shady den - 6 - Starbrucks Berry Hibiscus Refresha is so yum

Aloha! Just a few snaps from the last few sunny days (I think 'boiling' is more appropriate than 'sunny') as outfit posts were far and few between with me wearing beachwear in my garden. Not to sound like one of those girls (the I'm-so-skinny-and-yet-I-call-myself-fat-to-fish-for-compliments girls) but for the first time in a long time I didn't cringe looking at myself in a bikini. I'm not where I want to be yet with my diet, but seeing results is unbelievably reassuring. I'm also confident I can keep it up, instead of starving myself or setting stupid goals I've just cut processed foods and sweet things (I do miss you chocolate) and exercise and keep active, and don't expect to lose a stone in a week, like all these magazine diets claim you can do. Anyway diet talk over, I'm off to make a costume for a party I'm going to on saturday with a london underground theme. I'm going as Holland Park, get your tulips and clogs out!
