I love food blogs, food photography etc, but whenever you stumble across a breakfast blog it always looks beautiful, but healthy at the same time, and that's important as you should be able to take away something positive from food blogs apart from the aesthetic pleasure. I've found everything from a vegan blog to endless pictures of greasy fry-ups. My favourites blogs (normally found via blogger) are when the blogger has actually prepared and eaten the breakfast, rather than just found the images, it's interesting to be a part of someone's day in that way.
